***NEWS*** The WTN Announces the Winners of the 2005 World Technology Awards, as well as the newly elected individual Fellows and Corporate Members (Click Here to See the List) For Corporate Award NomineesCongratulations on your organization being nominated by a current individual WTN member for the 2005 World Technology Awards as doing the innovative work of the greatest likely long-term significance in your field. Receiving such a peer-nominated honor is an accomplishment in itself, but to take full advantage of the honor is another thing entirely. So, we do hope you are able to send representatives attend this year's World Technology Summit and the associated World Technology Awards gala ceremony. On November 14th and 15th, in San Francisco, the most innovative people and organizations in the science and technology world will come together for an historic gathering. You will come together to honor each others accomplishments; to explore what is imminent, possible, and important in and around emerging technologies; and to create the serendipitous relationships that create the future. The majority of Summit participants will be either current WTN members (primarily winners/finalists from previous Awards cycles, now in their sixth cycle); 2005 World Technology Award nominees such as your own organization; those recommended by members/nominees to be appropriate to attend; or those invited through our partners/sponsors. All 2005 World Technology Award nominees are of course invited to participate in the black-tie World Technology Awards gala ceremony at San Francisco City Hall on the second/last evening of the World Technology Summit with one company representative as our guest in your role as a nominee. Nominees are also, of course, invited to send representatives to register (at the heavily discounted current WTN members rate) to participate in the Summit and we strongly urge you to do so. Although the Awards ceremony is spectacularly exciting, it is at the Summit that the most thought-provoking ideas are exchanged and the new relationships built. [NOTE: we have also negotiated on your behalf exceptionally low hotel room rates for our delegates.] We look forward to opening intellectual, technological, and professional doors for you that you may not even have known existed! See you (or some of your colleagues) in November... James P. Clark | Sign up for our mailing list |
